Abstract

A cement silo, a water tank, a mixer, endless bucket conveyors for aggregates, and an endless screw cement feed, are incorporated in a mobile combined concrete mixing and batching plant. The plant is set on a chassis with adjustable stabilising legs, power being provided by an integral electric generator. The chassis may be self propelled or in trailer or semi-trailer form. The mixer, the silo and the tank may have 12, 10 and 2 cubic metre capacities respectively, the mixer being mounted to the rear and adjacent to the silo outlet. Aggregates may be fed to a hopper which in turn feeds the mixer.
