Abstract

1297580 Revolving chairs S HILLE & CO Ltd 15 Dec 1970 59492/70 Heading A4J [Also in Division F2] A revolving chair comprises a spider S attached to a unitary plastics arm chair member and rotatable relatively to a pedestal P provided with a pin 3 to which is secured a tapered bearing bush 4 secured to the pin 3 and fitting in a corresponding bore 12 in the spider S. The bush 4 has a radial slit (16), Fig. 4 (not shown) to accomodate any wear or misfit of the bearing parts. The bush 4 and the tapered bore 12 may be interchanged.
