1297370 Distribution of drying air THERMIC SYSTEMS (STAFFS) Ltd 3 Aug 1971 [6 May 1970] 21746/70 Heading F4G Heated and humidified air is forced by a motor-driven fan 8 into a distributing enclosure which is provided with inclined louvres 1 and which is rotated by and suspended on the shaft 2 of an electric motor and reduction gear unit 3 carried by a fixed girder 10. The apparatus is mounted in the roof or ceiling of a drying chamber (not shown), ceramic tiles to be dried being stacked on pallets on the floor of the chamber. The loaded pallets are conveyed in and out by fork-lift trucks.
