1291712 Counters KIENZLE APPARATE GmbH 16 Oct 1969 [16 Oct 1968] 50952/69 Headings G4D and G4H Electric read-out of counter or print wheels 17 is effected by a detachable unit comprising a chassis with coded discs 39 meshing with the wheels 17 and bearing contact coatings for cooperation with spring contacts. The invention is applied to a liquid dispenser, which at the end of a dispensing operation applies a justifying pawl to a star-wheel connected to the lowest order wheel and leaf-springs to all transfer pinions so as to justify all numeral wheels. A voucher is then printed and current is supplied through the hubs of the discs 39 to read out all numerals in B.C.D. with parity digits.
