Abstract

1288407 Marine fenders SEIBU GOMU KAGAKU KK 22 Oct 1969 [8 May 1969] 51871/69 Heading B7S An elongate, elastic and solid dock fender unit comprises a flat shock receiving portion 1 and a flat fixture portion 3 in which reinforcing pieces 2 and 4 are embedded respectively and which are spaced and parallel to each other. The shock receiving portion and the fixture portion are connected by an elastic intermediate portion 5 which is inclined relative to them and which has planar parallel surfaces and a cross-section of greater height than thickness. The shock receiving portion and the fixture portion extend laterally of the intermediate portion.
