Torpedo nets and screens.-To protect ships against underwater attack, steel or chain nets are suspended from cables 8, 9, 10, 11 connected to motor-boats 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Electric cables 13 lead to the motor-boats for propelling and steering. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 15748/14, 20389/14, and 1354/15.
