Two narrow annular passages 8 and 10, defined by the closure body 3, ring 6 and housing surface 9, arranged upstream of the passage opening 2 of the filler member permit uniform and unobstructed liquid flow, but are so narrow that the surface tension of the filling liquid prevents gas from escaping into the filler vessel space 13.
