The upper part 1 forms the shoulders and sleeves and edges 14A, 15A and 14B, 15B are joined together to form seams on the undersides of the sleeves. The upper parts 1 is connected to the lower part 2 so that it overlaps the latter externally. Each part 1, 2 is provided with a permanent lining.
