Abstract

1277174 Artificial stone for revetment of slopes; building blocks P SCHRAUDENBACH 27 Nov 1970 [15 Dec 1969] 56499/70 Headings E1B and E1H An artificial stone 1, 26, 27 (e.g. of concrete for revetment of river banks, road embankments &c) comprises parallel first bars 2 normal to and intersecting parallel second bars 3, at least two first and at least two second bars having projecting ends alternately round the stone having projections 22 and recesses 23 arranged to engage recesses and projections of a suitably laid similar stone. The projections 22 and recesses 23 may be of vee form, and may have the vee apex truncated or rounded. When the stones are laid the resulting apertures 4, 4', 24, 25, 25' may be filled with earth and grass-seed.
