Abstract

1,263,655. Air conditioning buildings. GUSTAVSBERGS FABRIKER A.B. 4 June, 1970 [12 June, 1969], No. 26947/70. Heading F4V. In a heating and ventilation system wherein fresh air is mixed with recirculated air from some rooms of a building, purified and heated, the pressure in the rooms from which air is recirculated is maintained above atmospheric, part only of the mixed air supplied being recirculated. Purified heated air from a unit 1 is delivered from outlets 3 in the living rooms and bedrooms of a dwelling, and air is recirculated through outlets 5 below the windows in these rooms. The rate of recirculation is such that excess air passes below the doors as indicated at 10 to the hall, bathroom and kitchen, whence to the atmosphere as shown at 6. The air conditioning unit 1 includes a heat exchanger, humidifier, odour filter and dust filter.
