Abstract
1,260,954. Endless conveyers. WENZLAFF G.m.b.H., H. WENZLAFF, and H. WENZLAFF, [trading as WENZLAFF G.m.b.H. & CO. K.G.]. 3 March, 1969 [11 Jan., 1969], No. 11255/69. Heading B8A. A plurality of endless conveyers arranged in series and in parallel to support a load 25 each comprises an endless link chain 12, 13 and a plurality of pairs of rollers 11 disposed one on either side of the chain on spaced pivot pins 15 to support the load and bear against a guide and support surface. The surface comprises a plate 10 with upstanding rails 23 to engage the inner flange of the rollers, a H or channel section beam 7 mounted below the plate 10 with its limbs 9 substantially co-planar with the rollers 11, and channel section uprights mounting the beam 7 over the return run. The rollers 11 on the return run are supported by angle irons 5 and an end sprocket (19), Fig. 1 (not shown), is movable by a bolt (22) to adjust the tension in the conveyer.
