In a reciprocating motor or pump comprising a rotary cylinder block with radial pistons engaging on eccentric track ring through rollers, the rollers are guided and prevented from tilting by annular inserts, Fig. 3 (not shown) fitted within the ring on either side of the rollers, the inserts being biased against the rollers by one or a plurality of coil springs.
