Abstract
1,252,966. Nickel base alloy. CYCLOPS CORP. Jan.16, 1969 [Feb. 8, 1968], No.2712/69. Heading C7A. Alloys which can be hot worked by extrusion, forging and/or rolling for use at temperatures up to 1900F. (e.g. in the aero space industry) comprise: - Al 4-5% B 0.0005-0.03% C 0.25-0.45% Co 8-12% Cr 11-17% Mo 2-6.5% Ta 1-3% Ti 2.2-3.2% W 4-8% Zr 0.001-0.25% Fe up to 2% maximum Mn 0-2% Si 0-] 1.5% and optionally Misch metal up to 0.5% the balance, apart from impurities such as S, P and Pb being Ni.
