Barrels; sights.-A gun for throwing grenades is made from a single-barrelled shot gun the barrel b of which is sawn off short and provided with a socket c for the grenade e. Spring retaining-clips d axe provided in the socket c. The propelling-means may consist of an ordinary shot cartridge f with the shot replaced by a rod g having a felt pad h at each end. A clinometer comprising a counterbalanced lever l and a scale k may be provided for aiming.
