1,237,867. Swash-plate pumps. JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd. Sept. 26, 1968 [Sept.27, 1967], No. 43904/67. Heading F1A. In a rotary cylinder block swash-plate pump with a stationary port plate 17, excess leakage of the pumped liquid collecting in the body 10 is returned through a passage 23 and injector 24 disposed in the inlet passage 18 of the pump. The injector comprises a conical chamber with which the passage 23 communicates at the wider end. Liquid is supplied to the injector by a booster pump 20 through a flow indicator 22.
