Abstract

Bracelets.-A bracelet fastening comprises two links b, c, Fig. 4, to which the ends of the bracelet are attached, hinged bv a pin-and-slot connexion to a centre link a. The links b, c have teeth b<1>, b<2> and c<1>, c<2> which interengage when the three links are folded together and are held in locked position by a rotary cam piece d passing through the centre link a. To allow the bracelet to be taken off, the cam d is turned and the links b, c given a slight longitudinal movement to disengage the teeth, as shown in Fig. 5, the links then being swung into alinement to increase the size of the bracelet. The back of the fastening is provided with a cover-plate.
