470,209. Attaching watches to the wrist; watch cases. SCHMITZ FRERES & CIE SOC. ANON. June 22, 1936, No. 17333. Convention date, June 5. [Class 43] [Also in Group XVIII] To allow coloured wrist bands to be attached readily to a watch the case band is provided at each end with a notched lug 3 and a retaining- member 6 so arranged that the band passes transversely round under the lug. The retaining- member may be hinged and snap over a pin 8, Fig. 1, or be in the form of a screw or a slide pressed into slots in the sides of the notch, or it may be hinged and be engaged in a recess between the watch case and the cover. Specification 274,390, [Class 43], is referred to.
