Abstract
123,388. Ricardo, H. R., and Armstrong, Whitworth, & Co., Sir W. G. Feb. 19, 1918. Channels in crank-shafts.-The hollow parts of crank-shafts for engines through which oil passes, such as G<1>, H<1>, A', contain tubes B which leave an annular space A<2> for the oil. Caps D connected by a bolt E press packing-washers C on to the conical ends of the tube. Oil passes by way of the passage F, space A<2>, and passage A<3> to the connecting-rod.
