Knitted fabrics.-A fabric for electromagnetic purposes comprises two different metals assembled together, one of the metals being a good conductor of electricity, such as copper, and the other being paramagnetic such as iron. The fabric may be knitted and Figs. 7 and 9 show examples. The various conductors may be hollow, and the fabris may have cut-away portions.
