Abstract

123,194. Rayne, H., and Woolley, R. C. March 6, 1918. Boxes made from special blanks. - A box for pharmaceutical compounds &c. is made from a blank of cardboard &c. of the form shown, the body portion 8 being shaped on a spool to form a cylinder with overlapping portions secured by adhesive, the portions 9, 10 being bent over to form a double top and a double bottom, and these overlapping parts being secured together by adhesive. In a modification, one of the portions 10 has a projection which is tucked in between overlapping parts of the body portion 8, a lid that can be opened and closed being thus provided.
