A suspension folder 4 includes an edge 2 looped around a suspension bar 5, the bar bearing a plurality of spaced punched-out projections 7 which project through corresponding apertures 10 in the loop of the folder, and which act both to locate the folder with respect to the bar and to locate signal tabs 11 which clip over the suspension bar and folder loop. A tab 11 includes two clip arms (12, 13), Fig. 3 (not shown), one of which includes a recess 14, which may comprise an oblong cut-out, the recess being adapted to engage a projection 7 and locate the tab 11 laterally and transversely with respect to the bar 5. A groove (15), Fig. 4 (not shown), is formed on the inside surface of the clip arm including the recess. The crotch of the clip arms (12, 13) is spaced from the top edge 3 of the loop. The tab 11 includes a receiver (19, Fig. 3) for engaging the edges of an indication card. The tabs 11 are movable along the bar 5 by sliding with sufficient force to overcome the detent action between the projections 7 and the recess 14. The tabs are preferably made of plastics material, the bar 5 being made of metal with a synthetic material covering on the hooks 6.
