[Also in Division E1] A lift arm 24 of a front end loader vehicle is pivotally connected to the vehicle about a transverse axis 44, pivotally carries a scoop (not shown), and is pivoted by an hydraulic jack 22 controlled by valve 70 which is held in an open position, as by ball 82, and which is released from this position when the arm 24 reaches a predetermined unloading position by a device 94 being actuated by cam 42 supported for rotation about axis 44 and connected to the arm by adjustment screw 36. As shown device 94 may be a micro-switch controlling solenoid valve 102 which supplies compressed air to piston 118 which engages manual control lever 20 to release the valve.
