Abstract
1,223,508. Valves. NORCON (NORRIS) Ltd. 11 Nov., 1969, No. 65049/69. Addition to 1,181,243. Heading F2V. The control valve described in the parent Specification is modified by actuating the pilot valve 7B through a diaphragm 9. In the preferred embodiment valve 7B has a ball closure, and the orifice is formed by a constriction 12A, but these may also be as described in the parent Specification. Diaphragm 9 is acted upon by pneumatic pressures generated in a logic device 16 connected to inlet 11, and/or another logic device (not shown) connected to inlet 11A. Alternatively the two outputs of a bi-stable, device could be connected respectively to inlets 11, 11A.
