Abstract

122,208. Lowick, R. C. Aug. 28, 1917. Droppers for wire fences, of U or similar section, are formed with two plain slots B, C having parallel or converging edges for the purpose of retaining the fence wires in position. The slots are oppositely inclined and situated so that the rear top edge of one slot is slightly lower than the corresponding lower edge of the other slot, the wire being thus slightly bent when placed in position after straining.
