Barbed wire for fencing.-Barbed fencing strands for military purposes are provided with pointed and barbed projecting spurs, and may be formed from a single wire, two or more wires twisted together, or from metal ribbon. Figs. 1, 2 and 4 show various forms of strand provided with pointed projections 13 having barbs 14 Fig. 3 shows a modification in which barbed hooks 15 are attached to the wire.
