Abstract

20,606. Cluett, G. E. Sept. 18. Droppers for wire fencing are constructed of circular, elliptical, or triangular section, and are provided with a flat f a c e so that the diameter parallel to the face is greater than that at right-angles thereto. The dropper A is secured to the wire by a clip E and then rotated to bring it into the position shown in Fig. 2, whereby the whole is jammed in position. A series of notches C may be formed in the edge of the dropper so as to make an angle with the face B of slightly less than a right-angle.
