Abstract
1,221,551. Transistor oscillator circuits. CESKE VYSOKE UCENI TECHNICKE STAVEBNI USTAV. 20 Sept., 1968 [21 Sept., 1967], No. 44827/68. Heading H3T. [Also in Division G1] An electromechanical oscillator comprises an exciter and a mechanical oscillatory system having an electromechanical converter and a two-wire line connecting the converter in parallel with the exciter, with the exciter comprising at least one non-linear limiting circuit and at least one differentiating circuit, these being connected in cascade to form part of a closed feedback loop. In Fig. 2 the electromechanical converter 2, when oscillating, sends signals along line 3 to the preamplifier of transistors T2, T1 and to the Schmitt trigger of transistors T3, T4. The output can either be square wave or if required as a sine wave can be passed through transistor T7 and filter circuit 51-55. A feedback closed loop is completed via transistors T5, T6 of a differentiating circuit 12 having circuit values such that its output is synchronous with the output of 2. If the circuit is not self-starting, switch 4 when switched on, pulses line 3 to start the oscillations.
