Abstract

1,221,032. Toy boat. IDEAL TOY CORP. 7 July, 1969 [30 July, 1968], No. 34150/69. Heading A6S. A toy boat comprises a hull 10a and a rear wall to support a motor 12 which drives a propellor 40, the motor being rotatable about pivot 44 so that it may be moved between a raised inoperative position (not shown) and a lowered boat-powering position (see Fig. 3), such that in the latter position physical and electrical contact is made between element 46 and switch contact 18a, which is linked to battery B. The motor assembly may be assembled with the rear wall by means of an L-shaped member 42a which includes a mounting pin (see dotted line) which is disposed within a mounting hole in the rear wall.
