Abstract

1,217,247. Panels. T. WAERNER 2 Feb., 1968 [14 Feb., 1967], No. 5318/68. Heading E1B. A pre-fabricated panel comprising inner and outer reinforced concrete layers 8 and 11 has a stainless steel wire connecting member 1 arranged at the centre of gravity of the panel and connected to the reinforcement 7, 10 of the respective concrete layers by transverse rods 9, 9'. A ring of connecting members 1 may be arranged around the centre of gravity. The connecting member may have 3, 6 or 8 legs instead of 4. The two layers are also interconnected by straight rods having teeth.
