Abstract

[Also in Division B7] A push chair preferably formed initially as an injection moulding of polypropylene in a single plane comprises a seat 4 to the edges of which the handle 6, back-rest 5, sides 7, foot-rest 8, and axle supports 14 and 15 are integrally attached by film hinges formed during the moulding process. The arm rests 7 have integral extend sions 9 which engage apertures 10 in the handle 6 to maintain these parts in position and the back-rest 5 engages parts 11 on the extensions 9 in the fully reclined position or pimples 12 in intermediate positions. A luggage tray 21 supports the wheel axles 22, 23 which also pass through bosses 24 on the axle-supports 14, 15 and the foot-rest is maintained in an adjusted position by fingers 17 engaging holes 18 in the axle supports.
