Abstract

121,373. Twynam, T. Dec. 29, 1917. Composition fuel.-Wet or air-dried peat is intimately mixed with dry pitch and coke dust or small coal, or coke dust and small coal, the whole being ground together. The product may be moulded into blocks for use as fuel or for use in coke ovens. The coke dust and dry pitch may be mixed in the proportion of three to two, and 100 parts of wet peat and 15 parts of the mixture may be ground together.
