Abstract

1,201,839. Dispensing gas under pressure. PRESSURE CONTROL Ltd. 6 May, 1969 [21 May, 1968], No. 24142/68. Heading F4P. Gas heating apparatus comprises a block 10 containing heating elements and an indirect gas path between inlet and outlet ports 12, 14. The gas path comprises bores 23, 11, 24 and chambers 21, 22. The heating elements are removably positioned in bores in the block and are controlled by a thermostat 39 responsive to the block temperature. A gas cylinder is secured to connection 13 and a regulating valve to connection 14, the heating apparatus preventing the valve from freezing on expansion of the gas. (For Figure see next column)
