Abstract

[Also in Division B7] In a transport vehicle including a chassis 1 and a removable body 3 means for locating the body 3 on the chassis 1 comprises a saddle 2 mounted on the chassis 1 so as to extend transversely thereof and a body member 4 mounted thereon and extending transversely thereof. The saddle 2 has angles 5 with channels 8 formed by short lengths of angle welded in V-notches 7. V-section male members 11 are formed by short lengths of angle welded between side members 9 of the body member 4. The members 9 receive the saddle 2 to prevent longitudinal movement of the body 3 relative to the chassis, the members 11 co-operating with the channels 8 to prevent transverse movement.
