[Also in Division B3] A composite triangular section girder A comprises two booms a and a<SP>1</SP> interconnected by a sinusoidal tube B, the apices of which may be flattened. A second sinusoidal tube C is connected to the boom a<SP>1</SP> and also to stays c<SP>1</SP> which stays are inturn connected at right angles to boom a. There may be strengthening ribs B<SP>1</SP> extending between the booms and ribs a<SP>3</SP> in the booms. A platform may be placed on the stays and a handrail may be provided on supports C 2 .
