Abstract

119,122. Parry, W. D. Oct. 18, 1917. Siphons.-In order to keep a siphon primed, it is provided at the intake end with a tap 9 which is closed bv connexions from a float 2 when the liquid falls to a predetermined level. A strainer 10 is provided with a conical portion 12 which may be used as a funnel when priming. The outlet is provided with a tap and U-trap.
