Abstract

1,188,455. Asphalt mixers. PHOENIX ENG. CO. Ltd. 27 Feb., 1969 [29 April, 1968], No. 20291/68. Heading B1C. The agitator shaft 3 of an asphalt mixer is driven by a power unit 4 in the manner described in Specification 1,188,456, the power unit also being used to drive the fan of burner 5 and fuel pump associated therewith, by means of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor 7.
