Abstract

1396709 Mixing apparatus BAKER PERKINS LTD 1 Dec 1972 [6 Dec 1971] 56447/71 Heading B1C In a mixer having one or more stirrers 6 in a container 1, there are clutch elements 16, 17 associated with the stirrer device shaft 7 and the container respectively whereby the container may be tilted for discharging. The container is retained during mixing by a stop pin 19 which is withdrawn by the clutch actuating mechanism 18. As described the drive motor 10 is a radial piston hydraulic motor supplied by a variable output swash-plate pump 12.
