When the tube is held and the sleeve rotated, the sleeve simultaneously slides on the tube, moving the lead-carrier longitudinally. The detachable nozzle-piece d is bored for a portion of its length. as shown at d<2>, to permit the entry of the front portion of the lead-carrier.
