1,185,148. Packets; wrappers. MOLINS MACHINE CO. Ltd., and D. T. N. WILLIAMSON. 26 May, 1967 [1 June, 1966], No. 24480/66. Heading B8C. A packet containing a batch of articles such as cigarettes and arranged to be opened at one end to give access to the articles, contains a composite inner wrapper, e.g. of foil consisting of two parts 1, 2 partially overlapped at 3 and stuck with limited adhesion at 4 so that the parts may be treated as integral when folding the wrapper around, for example, 20 cigarettes but are easily separable so that one part can be readily pulled out of the packet to expose one end of the cigarettes. The adhesive may be of a kind that loses its adhesive properties with time so that the parts automatically become unstuck.
