Abstract

1,181,341. Erection of dwelling houses. D.N.M. GRATALOUP. 24 April, 1968 [24 April, 1967], No. 19492/68. Heading E1A. A shell-like building is made up from a skeleton framework of arches 24 which are interconnected by girders 26 and a lattice 35 of wire gauze, the framework being erected on a prepared foundation R and provided internally and externally with concrete coverings, decorative and water-proof coatings as necessary for details of which the Specification and Fig. 11 (not shown) should be referred to. The building may consist of a number of shell-like units which are interconnected as appropriate and provided with partitions 33, fittments and furniture 31, 32 as necessary, see Figs. 1-4 (not shown). A concrete floor 34 is cast on supporting means overlying a passage 29. For minor details of mode of erection, room layouts and materials employed the Specification should be referred to.
