Abstract

1,174,143. Valves. CHIRANA, ZAVODY ZDRAVOTNICKE TECHNIKY OBOROVY PODNIK, ZAVOD STRASNICE. 25 July, 1967 [9 Sept., 1966], No. 34143/67. Heading F2V. A valve for the control of dental drilling machines has connections 34, 35 and 36 and the flow therethrough is controlled by two opposed part-spherical closure members 31 and 32 on separate spindles 29 and 30 respectively, which project on each side of the closures and bear on each other at their inside adjacent ends, the outer end of the spindle 29 centres a loading spring 33, and the outer end of the spindle 30 is acted upon by a diaphragm 40 in response to pneumatic pressure supplied at an inlet 43. In Fig. 3, not shown, the pneumatic pressure is controlled by spool valve (46).
