Abstract

1, 157, 507. Photographic colour transfer receptor sheet. ILFORD Ltd. Sept. 8, 1966 [Sept. 10, 1965], No.38752/65. Heading G2C. A receptor sheet comprises sheet material having incorporated a milled aqueous dispersion of an oxidizing agent which is benzoyl peroxide, lauroyl peroxide or N-bromosuccinimide. The sheet is used in a colour transfer process in which a silver halide material containing a colour coupler is exposed, colour-developed to immobilize the colour coupler in image areas and the uncoupled coupler allowed to diffuse with colour developer to the receptor sheet where it forms a positive colour image in the presence of the oxidizing agent.
