115,580. Fasey, W. R. Oct. 16, 1917. Driving-gear. - In cam gears of the type described in Specification 13152/15, the piston rollers which engage the cam rib are adjustable. As shown in Fig. 2, rollers 5 are carried by gudgeons 4 inclined to the axes of pistons 1 arranged on opposite sides of a cam rib 10. The gudgeons are screwed at their ends and are adjusted axially by a hand-tool inserted in grooves 9. The gudgeons may be mounted parallel to each other and the ball bearing 8 may be dispensed with, lubricating oil under pressure being supplied to a small chamber at the back of each roller to take the thrust.
