Abstract

1,152,936. Stencilling pens. H. RIEPE, and K. H. DITZE, [trading as RIEPE-WERK]. 4 Dec., 1967 [18 Jan., 1967], No. 55135/67. Heading B6P. A stencilling pen comprises an ink container 2 which is closed at one end by a cap 8 and merges at the other end into a writing tube 6. A cleaning pin 10 bears against the closed inner wall of the cap 8, and may be fast therewith. The cap 8 and pin 10 move together against a spring 14 relative to the container 2, and the cap is prevented from leaving the container by a screw-thread 16 on the external surface of the container. The cap 8 has an internal screw-thread 18 which is screwed beyond the screw-thread 16 when assembling the pen. An annular projection 22 on the container 2 acts as a seat for an external spring (Fig. 2). An opening 20 in the container 2, which may be above or below the projection 22, serves for filling the pen and as an air vent. The projection 22 also prevents the opening 20 from being masked by the clamps of a pen holder.
