1,152,613. Hull forms. A. P. FARRAR. 22 Dec., 1967 [28 Oct., 1966], No. 48490/66. Heading B7A. A hull 1 has its forward portion of WV section, the tops of the W and the V being generally rounded, to provide a centre hull portion 4 (Fig. 4) flanked by two wing hull portions 2, 3, the WV section merging progressively aft (to 5 in Fig. 5) into a W section 6, the tops of the W being generally rounded. The portions 2, 3 extend aft to provide the hull with a rounded re-entrant stern 8. The hull is provided with a splash-breaking chive 7.
