Abstract

A device for dispensing tape from a roll 11 comprises a slide 12 with tape aperture 16 and cutter 17, and downwardly extending side wings 13 with an upturned channel 14 for an elastic band 15 for retaining the wings embracing the roll. A cutter may be provided at either or both ends.
