Abstract

1,138,713. Glazing pottery materials. SOC. CERAMICA ITALIANA RICHARD-GINORI S.p.A. 8 March, 1966 [12 March, 1965], No. 10110/66. Heading C1M. Green moulded ceramic pieces (11) are formed, transferred to a drying oven E, where they are completely dried, then to mechanical equipment (15) wherein they are trimmed, then passed through an automatic spray-glazing chamber (17) from which the glazed articles are directly transferred, after having their base ridges "deglazed" to the firing furnace CbV. The glazed articles are subdivided into two flows 18<SP>1</SP> and 18<SP>11</SP> which are directed towards inlets 20<SP>1</SP> and 20<SP>11</SP> of the furnace which is equipped with rows of revolving rollers by which flat supporting elements on which the articles to be fired are laid are conveyed across the furnace.
