[Also in Division E1] A jamb assembly comprises a jamb 1 to which louvre members 2, 3, 4 are pivoted, each having a pivotal bearing plate 9, 10, 11, linked by a rod 12 for movement in unison therewith, and toggle linkage 16, 20 for their operation comprising a link 16 pivoted to the rod 12 at 17 with an operating end where shown, and a link 20 pivoted at one end to the other end of the link 16 and pivoted at the end 21 to the plate 11 at a position opposite where the plate 11 and rod 12 connect.
