A combined air heater and domestic draw-off water heater comprises an insulated steel cabinet 1 which houses, side by side, an air heater 2 and a separate water heater 3. Air heated in chamber 4 is introduced and withdrawn through ducts 6, 5, respectively, whilst water passes to and from the heater 3 from a hot water storage tank 7 by piping 8. Heating is by gas, oil or electricity. A cold water tank may also be incorporated in the cabinet.
