A space heater comprises a domestic hot water tank or tanks 17, 17<SP>1</SP> enclosed in a cabinet having inlets 29 and outlets 28 for air which is heated by the tank or tanks, e.g. a rotary hit-and-miss damper for preventing the discharge of warm air when desired. The base 10 and back 16 of the cabinet, its front 14 and sides, and top 12 are made as three separable units. The cabinet is lined with heat-insulating material. Specification 700,664 is referred to.
